Thanks for clearing that up Aaron. It also brings to my mind the GPS systems in newer cars that give real-time directions. You only have to know WHERE you’re going, the HOW (directions) are provided only as they are needed.

It’s one of my favorite quotes from the movie, and I think I can probably get it close to word for word:

Bob Proctor, speaking about electricity:

“I don’t know how it works. Do YOU know how it works? But I do know this: You can cook a man’s dinner with electricity, and you can also cook the man!”

Great quote, and a great concept. Go with what you believe in – understanding not required.

It’s just like Mr. Proctor said in the movie about electricity, “You don’t have to understand how electricity works to enjoy the fruits of it’s power. But, used incorrectly, it can kill you.” OK, that’s more of a paraphrase

Right on! The spirit of this post rings so true to me. One of the most liberating thoughts for me in the Law of Attraction teachings (I have mostly been exposed to the Abraham-Hicks material) is the idea of Allowing, and the idea that we did not come here to fix a broken world.

I am oddly amused at all the “debate” over the Law of Attraction. For “believers”, there really is nothing to argue about. You do it, and it works, and you are happier than you ever were before.

I am at the point where I don’t even care about the mechanics of LOA at all. I care about life and my precious time here. Why waste the energy arguing
