I think another possible vehicle for helping change with stories/metaphor is to write children’s stories. Think about that, if I can help children from an early age, with specially crafted stories to give them increased unconscious choice of how to respond in certain situations, imagine the impact it will have as they reach adolescence and adulthood.
In my original vision of this, I envision myself as a sort of “roving” storytelling healer, much like Jesus did with his parables. It’s all a matter of reaching people in a way that is best suited for them.
Perhaps a website full of different stories that are designed to help people unconsciously build skill sets for different situations.
Things like:
Depression
Stopping Smoking
Getting over phobiasthe list goes on.
Perhaps I could even get into making films that can do the same thing on a wide scale.
How could a tool such as this impact the world?![]()
