Well, last night I listened to the first tape of “Gateway Voyage” that Jan gave to me.
Focus 3 is a very relaxing state of mind to be in. I think that was maybe my 2nd or 3rd time listening to that tape. I think I may be ready to move on to the next tape.

I honestly don’t know how long it will take me to get through the entire set.

I can’t wait for Focus 10, because I think it might be exciting to be mentally awake while my body is asleep. I wonder how I’ll feel when I get to that point?
Maybe it will be the same general feeling I get when I’m in a Lucid Dream.

that feeling is like a general tingly power. almost like electric giddy excitement, if that makes sense.
It makes me wonder of LD and OOBE are somehow related phenomena. Or perhaps they are both aspects of some LARGER paradigm?
