Journaling 30-day-trial, Day 6
February 4th, 2008 by Bill Perry in 30-day-trials, Personal Development, journalingIn the entry for today, I’m writing more about my experiences listening to “Wave I” of the “Gateway Voyage” tape program. This may turn out to be a 30-day-trial not only for Journaling, but the tape program also. It may, though, take longer than 30 days to get through the entire tape set.
Here’s the entry:

Last night, before going to work, I had time to burn, so I went back to bed and listened to the “Focus 10″ exercise tape. This tape was quite interesting on the second pass. I say “second pass” because I was apparently more physically tired that I originally thought yesterday morning, for my first pass. I fell asleep quite quickly on that one.
So, for the second pass, last night, I noticed that Focus 3 (the part before Focus 10) didn’t come quite as easily as I’d thought, but I could still “feel” Focus 3 kick in.
As far as reaching Focus 10, I was in the middle of the exercise when the cat started scratching on the door to be let in, and somebody in the family (no idea who) let the cat in. So, I lost what I’d had up to that point, and had to try to “get it back”.
As far as not hitting Focus 3, I may have to backtrack to get Focus 3 more deeply ingrained.
I’ll give the Focus 10 tape another pass here soon, most likely tonight, and see if I can get it with out interruptions this time.
