I have read about the B-I triangle about a year ago and when I started forming my websites, I make it clear to every visitors what the mission of the website is. I want to do the same for my future company and a company no matter how small should have a solid mission statement, prepared not only by the owner but in coordination with the company's employees as well. That was from stephen covey, author of 7 habits of highly effective people. This is technically a 4 year old post but I still see the value in it today.
