    What I am Grateful For

October 30th, 2006 by Bill Perry in blogging, Personal Development, Subjective Reality

I am grateful that I’ve been able to have an awesome Lucid Dreaming experience that lasted about 45 minutes or so. I basically did it by using an anchoring exercise to train myself to control my excitement level.

Spent the majority of the dream walking around in a suburban neighborhood, looking at all the houses. Totally amazed I was, that this entire dream world was being created by ME.

This post is my submission to Nneka’s call for posts telling “What we’re grateful for“.

      Wow, 45 minutes!!
      That’s an achievement!!
my longest lucid dream lasted maybe 10 minutes,
i can spot myself dreaming only if i dream that i am flying.
I managed to keep flying for 10 minutes without waking up.
      I wish it’ll happen again soon =)
